How does TRI’s data integrate with my web site?
We offer custom services for this. We enter and match your sku’s with our database. You write your search functions as you prefer, or you can use search functions created with our T3 web applications. When your customer goes to your web site and searches by a machine name or supply part number, a query is sent to our database. We will recognize that it came from your web site and send a data stream containing results of all your supplies that match up with your customer’s request. Your customer receives the results quickly without ever leaving your web site.
Where does TRI get its information?
We continuously add new models and part numbers. Data is collected from various industry publications, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), by attending trade shows and from customers.
Do you have TRIguideOnline available in different languages?
TRIguideOnline might be available in Spanish as the first “other than English” version. As a manufacturer brand name is the same in different languages, this is not high on our ‘to do’ list ; ). It would simply be to translate the headings etc.
